Terms of Service
These standard terms describe how visitors, merchants and buyers should use the iTheme marketplace. Replace or extend this with your approved legal wording before launch.
Marketplace previews
Theme previews are provided for evaluation only. Preview access does not grant ownership, redistribution rights or access to protected theme package files.
Licensed delivery
Licensed packages are delivered only after the merchant domain, product ID and assigned theme pass validation. A license may be suspended, regenerated or revoked by the system admin when required.
Merchant responsibilities
Merchants must provide accurate domain and contact information, keep license keys secure and avoid sharing package URLs or downloaded theme files outside the authorised installation.
Support and changes
iTheme may update marketplace pages, support workflows, license rules and theme availability as the product evolves.
